These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jnt606 platform, including our website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). • Maintain and update your Account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Choose a strong, unique password and keep it confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account.
• Complete the KYC verification process by submitting a clear photograph or scan of your KTP Nasional, a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your residential address, and a selfie photograph holding your KTP beside your face.
• Maintain only one (1) Account. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances and winnings.

2.3 Restricted Persons

The following individuals are prohibited from creating an Account or using the Platform:

• Individuals under 21 years of age.
• Individuals who have previously been excluded or banned from jnt606 or any of our affiliated platforms.
• Individuals who have self-excluded from online gambling through jnt606's responsible gaming tools or through any third-party exclusion program.
• Employees of jnt606, our affiliates, payment processors, game providers, and their immediate family members.
• Individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal.

3. Deposits and Account Funding

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jnt606 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following methods:

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

3.3 Deposit Fees

jnt606 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. We recommend checking with your payment provider regarding any applicable fees before depositing.

3.4 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are from legitimate sources and do not derive from any illegal activity. jnt606 complies with international anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations and reserves the right to request proof of the source of your funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending investigation.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Process

You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified through our KYC process. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.
• All bonus wagering requirements must be met before any funds (including deposits used to claim the bonus) can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your legal name and matching the name on your KTP Nasional.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction.

4.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the following timeframes:

4.3 Withdrawal Fees

jnt606 does not charge fees for withdrawals. However, intermediary banks or e-wallet providers may deduct transaction fees from the withdrawal amount. These fees are set by third-party financial institutions and are beyond jnt606's control.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

jnt606 reserves the right to decline or delay withdrawal requests in the following circumstances:

• The Account has not completed KYC verification.
• There is evidence of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.
• The withdrawal request involves funds that have not been wagered at least once (to comply with AML regulations).
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• The withdrawal destination does not match the Account holder's verified identity.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

jnt606 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 10× to 40× the bonus amount) before they can be withdrawn.

jnt606 takes bonus abuse seriously. The following behaviors constitute bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, and Account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times.
• Using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms (e.g., low-risk hedging strategies, opposite-color roulette betting).
• Claiming bonuses with no intention of regular play (bonus hunting).
• Providing false information to claim bonuses for which you are not eligible.

5.3 Promotion Modifications

jnt606 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a promotion modification or cancellation, users who have already opted in will be notified and allowed to complete wagering requirements under the original terms, unless the modification is required by law or to prevent abuse.

6. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

6.1 Bets and Stakes

• Settlement of bets is based on official results and statistics as provided by our data suppliers. In the event of discrepancies, jnt606's decision is final.

6.3 Casino and Slot Game Rules

For casino games, live dealer games, and slot machines:

• All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems independently audited for fairness. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• RTP (Return to Player) percentages are provided for informational purposes and represent long-term statistical averages. Individual session results will vary.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 jnt606's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts
